Common Questions

What age groups are the games designed for?

Our educational game rotations are designed primarily for children ages 3–5. Some plans also include optional games for older siblings and mixed-age environments.

How often do the games rotate?

Totes are exchanged every two weeks. This gives children enough time to become familiar with the games while keeping the experience fresh and engaging.

How do you ensure the games are clean?

Every game is cleaned, inspected, and checked for completeness between rotations. We take pride in delivering organized, ready-to-use game collections.

What happens if a piece gets lost?

We understand that pieces occasionally go missing in busy learning environments. Every tote includes a Lost & Found Box to help collect stray pieces, and we work with providers to keep game sets complete.

Can I choose specific games for my tote?

Our rotations are carefully planned around specific learning themes, so individual game selection is not available. This helps ensure every tote provides a balanced and complete experience.

How does the delivery and pickup work?

On exchange day, we deliver your next tote and pick up the current one. The process is designed to be quick, simple, and require very little effort from your program.

Are the games durable enough for daycare use?

Yes. We select games that are designed for repeated use by young children and regularly inspect them to ensure they remain in good condition.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term commitment is required. You can continue, pause, or cancel service according to the terms of your agreement.
